A: Executives Unlimited handles a global roster of clients ranging from entrepreneurial startups to billion-dollar multinational corporations, both publicly and privately held. Because we work non-vertically rather than in confined practices, our executive search assignments productively span all industries, and we serve clients across the world, including Canada, Mexico, South America, the United Kingdom, Europe, Asia and Asia Pacific.

A: Our process, our approach and our business model differ from traditional, old-line search firms. By providing both traditional direct-hire executive search as well as interim executive search, Executives Unlimited provides a unique suite of services. Q: Can Executives Unlimited represent me in my job search?
A: As a retained executive search firm, Executives Unlimited’s clients are the companies and nonprofit organizations that engage us to fill executive positions. While we do present qualified candidates to our clients for specific positions, we do not represent individual job seekers in their job searches.
Q: Then how can Executives Unlimited help me find a new position?
A: As a high level executive, you should first create a profile and upload your résumé to our online database. Then browse our current job postings. If you are interested and eminently qualified for a position, use the online system to submit your résumé for consideration. Even if no appropriate positions are currently posted at a particular time, we may have additional assignments that are not posted for confidentiality reasons. We also post new postings constantly. We review all new candidate profiles and contact those who may qualify for one of our available leadership opportunities.
Q: How do I apply for one of Executives Unlimited’s open positions?
A: First, create a profile and upload your résumé to our online database. Then browse our current job postings. If you are interested and eminently qualified for a position, use the online system to submit your résumé for consideration.
Q: What happens after I create my profile and submit my résumé?
A: We review all new candidate profiles and contact people who may qualify for one of our open positions. If you do not hear from us, it means we do not currently have an open position that fits your qualifications. however, it is possible that we may contact you in the future, should a suitible new position become available.
Q: How long will it take Executives Unlimited to contact me after I submit my résumé?
A: It varies. If we are interested in speaking with you about an available executive opportunity, it can be a matter of days. At the other extreme, because we keep résumés in our database for several years, it might be many months down the line – should your criteria meet a new Executives Unlimited search assignment.
Q: I submitted my résumé but still haven’t heard from you. What should I do?
A: We do our best, but we regret that we may be unable to personally respond to all applicants due to the high volume of inquiries. Our research department carefully reviews candidate résumés in the Executives Unlimited database on a daily basis and contacts all applicants whose qualifications we wish to explore in regard to an available position.
Q: But what if I’m perfect for one of your positions, and still haven’t heard from you?
A: Our assignment specifications may require a very specific skill set or particular experience that even a seemingly qualified candidate does not have. You are welcome to use the form on the “Contact Us” page of this website to inquire about a position for which you submitted your résumé. Again, please bear in mind that although we do our best, we regret that we may be unable to personally respond to all applicants due to the high volume of inquiries.
Q: Can I speak or meet with Executives Unlimited personally rather than submit my résumé online?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to schedule individual meetings with everyone. Rest assured, however, that we do review résumés that are submitted to our database on a daily basis. Those candidates whom we determine to be well qualified for one of our positions will be contacted directly.
Q: I’d like assistance with my résumé. Can Executives Unlimited help?
Executives Unlimited does not provide résumé writing or editing services. We may be able to refer you to an outside service for assistance. However, because we insist upon full transparency, we feel it is important that your résumé be submitted to our clients just as it is submitted to us.
Q: I’d like assistance with my interviewing skills. Can Executives Unlimited help?
A: Executives Unlimited does not offer interview training. Again, because we are committed to the highest ethical standards, we feel that candidates should be presented to clients without benefit of our interview instruction. On occasion, we may refer candidates to a third-party coach.
Q: Does Executives Unlimited offer professional development coaching?
A: As a retained executive search firm, Executives Unlimited does not provide coaching services.

A: Follow the instructions in the section, “Uploading and Editing Your Résumé.” If you still have problems, clearing your cookies may help.
