Mike has a B.B.A degree and is a CPA. He has 28 years of experience in Public Accounting, several of which were as an audit partner in a Big Four CPA firm and spent eight years with a prominent executive search firm in New York before joining Executives Unlimited. He now heads our New Jersey operation, providing high level service to the metropolitan New York area, as well as the Northeastern region.

Jim has more than 20 years of experience as a senior level executive and 14 years as an executive search professional. Prior to joining Executives Unlimited, he served as Vice President-Southwest Region for a senior executive search firm in Dallas, where he tripled the firm's executive placements. In addition, he is a past President and current Board Member of the Dallas/Fort Worth chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG).

Since graduating from the University of Connecticut with a B.A. in Business Administration, Jim has become an authority in the Manufacturing, Distribution, Consumer Products and Finance industries, along with Portfolio Companies. His proven expertise allows him to successfully advise our clients on mid level and senior level managers, as well as executive search requirements.

Jacquelyn E. Nette

Jackie has spent her career in the talent search, employee relations and marketing services environment since her graduation from Marymount College. Her experience and multi-industry knowledge of both corporate organizational needs and employee relations are valuable assets to Executives Unlimited and our clients.

Earlier in her career, Jackie held the Manager of Operations and Marketing Services position for an entrepreneurial manufacturing and distribution company in Norwalk, Connecticut. Her due diligence and exceptional sourcing knowledge led her to serve as the Senior Research Associate for five years with a boutique executive search firm.  Later in her career as the Senior Research Associate for another search firm she met Alice Bova and Tomilee Tilley Gill and shortly after joined Executives Unlimited.

Basak Ozduzen Yakar

An integral part of the company since our inception in 2001, Basak oversees the day-to-day operations for Executives Unlimited. In this capacity she manages the legal administration, business development and client search assignments. That’s in addition to coordinating all of our marketing strategies, which include newsletters, presentations and web-based functions.

With a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and an M.B.A. specializing in Finance from California State University, Long Beach, Basak keeps our organization operating at its prime. She ensures that our clients are receiving the attention and service they deserve.

Michael Luedy

Mike joined the Executives Unlimited search support team in 2006. During this time Mike has worked as an integral member of the EUI team supporting more than 100 corporate clients serving a wide range of industries and companies. His work experience prior to Executives Unlimited encompassed many different industries including retail, construction and promotional products. Since joining EUI, Mike has been involved in almost every area of the company. Always putting the highest customer service standards first, Mike is well-regarded by his teammates for his attention to detail and professional demeanor.

In the Fall of 2010 Mike will receive his B.A. in Philosophy with a minor in Marketing from California State University, Dominguez Hills. He attributes his knack for problem-solving and his advanced communication skills to his studies of Philosophy. He is a valuable resource to both candidates and clients alike and is instrumental to our team’s operational effectiveness.

A graduate of Georgetown University with a double major in Marketing and International Management, Allison has successfully managed and directed both field and national account sales teams for Fortune 100 companies.

In 2006, Allison joined Executives Unlimited after serving as Senior Brand Marketing Manager for the Coca-Cola Company. Her superior leadership and practical business application provides clients with the expertise they need to achieve results.
